I would not rank Wild Guitar among my favourite Something Weird viewings but there was some fun to be had and I enjoyed the hell out of the music. Wild Guitar was co-written and produced by Arch Hall Sr whose son Arch Hall Jr stars and performs the music. Wild Guitar was also Ray Dennis Skeckler’s directorial debut!

    Ha! Arch always reminded me of Moose from Archie Comics… but with a bad(ass) pompadour! This film was a bit goofy, but fun to watch a few times back in the day (and I last saw it on TCM of all places a few years back)…
